基于GIS的南宁市建筑密度空间分布特征

Spatial Distribution Characteristics of Building Density in Nanning Based on GIS

基于GIS软件,应用GIS的区域分割法、缓冲分析和空间统计分析等详细分析了南宁市所建地区的建筑密度。扇形分区分析显示,该地区西部、北部、西部和西南部的建筑密度很高,相反东部的密度普遍低;缓冲分析表明:南宁市建成区中心部位建筑密度高,离中心距离越远,密度逐渐降低;离邕江2000 m的中心位置,建筑密度高,离邕江水域距离越远,密度降低。南宁市建筑区建筑密度的空间分布受到地形、运输和经济发展的影响。本研究可以清楚地反映出南宁市建筑区建筑密度的空间特点,希望能为城市规划、土地密集使用管理和城市生态系统建设提供参考。

Based on GIS software,this paper analyzes the building density of Nanning City in detail by using GIS regional segmentation method,buffer analysis and spatial statistical analysis.Sector partition analysis shows that the building density in the west,north,west and southwest of the area is very high,on the contrary,the density in the east is generally low;buffer analysis shows that the building density in the center of the built-up area of Nanning city is high,and the farther away from the center,the density gradually decreases;the building density in the center of the built-up area 2000 m away from Yongjiang River is high,and then the farther away from Yongjiang River,the density decreases.The spatial distribution of building density in Nanning construction area is affected by many factors,including topography,transportation and economic development.This study can clearly reflect the spatial characteristics of building density in Nanning construction area,and provide effective reference for urban planning,land intensive use management and urban ecosystem construction.
