Firstly,the concept and connotation of project settlement was introduced.Secondly,the current situation and main problems of construction project settlement audit,and related reasons were analyzed,including imperfect engineering calculation data,large calculation error of quantities of work,unreasonable unit price calculation,improper settlement audit method,etc.Finally,optimization of the quality of construction project settlement audit was taken as the target and feasible improvement measures were explored.
