摘要
大体积混凝土在施工过程中出现温度裂缝的主要原因包括外部温度、水泥水化热及内外部约束。以310国道三门峡西至豫陕边界南移的新建工程为背景,研究了施工过程中大体积混凝土温度裂缝防治技术,讨论了温度裂缝的成因后,从材料、技术和维护等角度讨论了有效防止温度裂缝的办法。
The main reasons for temperature cracks in mass concrete during construction are external temperature,cement hydration heat,and internal and external constraints.The main research background of this paper is“the new construction project of 310 National Road Sanmenxia moving west to Henan-Shaanxi border”.The prevention and control technology of mass concrete temperature cracks during construction was studied.After discussing the causes of temperature cracks,the methods to prevent temperature cracks from the perspectives of materials,technology and maintenance were discussed.
