D-氨基半乳糖糖基化修饰玉米肽抗疲劳效应的研究 被引量:5

摘要 以转谷氨酰胺酶为催化剂,D-氨基半乳糖为酰基受体,通过酶法糖基化反应修饰玉米肽制备玉米糖肽。通过负重游泳实验、转棒实验及与疲劳相关生化指标的检测,研究玉米糖肽的抗疲劳效应。结果表明:连续灌胃28 d后,与模型组相比,500 mg/kg bw玉米糖肽显著延长了小鼠负重游泳时间和转棒时间,降低了血清乳酸、血尿素氮及肝丙二醛含量,降低了血清中乳酸脱氢酶活力,增加了肝糖原、肌糖原和谷胱甘肽的含量及肝中超氧化物歧化酶活力,且与玉米肽500 mg/kg bw组相比,玉米糖肽具有更显著的抗疲劳的效果。 In the present work,transglutaminase was used as the catalyst,D-galactosylation was used as the acyl acceptor to prepare corn glycopeptide by modified corn peptide with enzymic glycosylation method.The anti-fatigue effects of corn glycopeptide were studied by weight-loaded swimming test,rotating bar test and the detection of biochemical indices related to fatigue.The results showed that after continuous gavage for 28 days,compared with the model group,corn glycopeptide at dose 500 mg/kg bw significantly prolonged the weight-loaded swimming time and rod turning time of mice,decreased the contents of serum lactate,blood urea nitrogen,and hepatic malondialdehyde,reduced the serum lactate dehydrogenase activity,increased the contents of glycogen and glutathione,and the superoxide dismutase activity in liver.Moreover,compared with the corn peptide 500 mg/kg bw group,the corn glycopeptide had a more significant effect of delaying fatigue.
