摘要
建立了超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定小麦粉改良剂中苯甲羟肟酸的分析方法。样品中的苯甲羟肟酸采用甲醇提取,经水稀释一倍后,电喷雾负离子下检测,外标法定量。该方法在5~1000 ng/mL范围内线性关系良好(R^(2)>0.999);方法检出限(LOD)为0.01 mg/kg,定量限(LOQ)为0.05 mg/kg;在LOQ、2 LOQ和10 LOQ三个添加水平下重复测定6次的回收率为92.0%~97.6%,RSD为0.8%~2.6%,在不同种类的小麦粉改良剂下的基质效应可忽略。该方法前处理简单,回收率好,精密度高,基质效应低,适用于不同种类的小麦粉改良剂中苯甲羟肟酸的测定。
An analytical method based on an easy extraction procedure coupled with ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)was evaluated to determine the benzohydroxamic acid in flour improver.The benzohydroxamic acid in the sample was extracted by methyl alcohol.After the contraction of the solution was diluted to be half of the previous,inspection was conducted under electrospray anion,and external standard method was used for measurement.Within the scope of 5~1000 ng/mL,the linear correlation was good(R^(2)>0.999).The limit of detection(LOD)and limit of quantification(LOQ)of this method were 0.01 mg/kg and 0.05 mg/kg,respectively.The average recoveries of 6 measurements conducted under three addition levels of LOQ,2 LOQ and 10 LOQ ranged between 92.0% and 97.6%,and the RSDs were 0.8%~2.6%.The matrix effects of different flour improvers could be ignored.Therefore,it can be seen that,the method is with simple treatment,high recovery rate,high accuracy and low matrix effect,and it can be used for the determination of benzohydroxamic acid in different kinds of flour improvers.
