摘要
旨在建立一种可对6%苯唑草酮·唑啉草酯颗粒剂中的有效成分同时进行分离和测定的高效液相色谱方法。采用Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18不锈钢柱和紫外检测器,在波长254 nm条件下,以乙腈-1%乙酸水溶液(体积比55∶45)为流动相,对试样中苯唑草酮和唑啉草酯的含量进行定量分析。该方法中苯唑草酮和唑啉草酯的标准偏差均为0.012,相对标准偏差分别为0.59%和0.29%,平均回收率分别为99.3%和99.1%,线性相关系数分别为0.9998和0.999 6。该方法线性关系良好,具有准确度高、重现性好、分离效果好等优点,适用于混配制剂中苯唑草酮和唑啉草酯的定量分析和质量控制。
A method for separation and quantitative analysis of topramezone and pinoxaden in topramezone·pinoxaden 6%GR was established by HPLC.The simultaneous determination of topramezone and pinoxaden in the mixture formulation samples was conducted with Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column as stainless steel pillar stuffed,UV wavelength 254 nm,the mixture solution of acetonitrile-1%acetic acid(AC)aqueous solution(55∶45,by vol)as the mobile phase by HPLC.For topramezone and pinoxaden,the standard deviations was 0.012,the relative standard deviations were 0.59%and 0.29%,the average recoveries were 99.3%and 99.1%,and the linear correlation coefficients were 0.9998 and 0.9996,respectively.The method has several advantages such as high accuracy,good reproducibility and separation,and it is suitable for quantitative analysis and quality control of topramezone and pinoxaden in the mixture formulation.
