摘要
为进一步提升航天企业的质量管理能力,在充分分析现行质量分析中存在问题的基础上,研究提出了面向产品、流程和组织的质量分析方法。从产品、流程、组织的角度明确了质量分析的重点,提出了开展“三个面向”质量分析的实施流程,并总结了实施效果。
In order to further improve the quality management ability of aerospace enterprises,based on the full analysis of the existing problems in quality analysis,a quality analysis method oriented to products,processes and organizations is put forward.The key points of quality analysis are defined from the perspectives of products,processes and organizations,the implementation process of‘Three Orientations’quality analysis is put forward,and the implementation effect is summarized.
