This paper summarizes the background,planning and implementation of the core standards for quality assurance of launch vehicle products constructed by China Academy of Launch Vehicle Technology,which is problem-oriented and with standard as a handle.Identifying and analyzing the influence on product quality assurance,simultaneously improving the core standards are the important basis for ensuring the continuous success of projects and organizations.
