摘要 质量工程技术是质量管理领域中的一项重要组成部分,对企业质量管理水平的提升起到了非常重要的作用。随着信息技术的不断发展,质量工程技术也呈现出信息化的趋势,这对企业人员学习和掌握相关知识造成了一定的阻碍。为了更加便捷地了解和学习各种质量工程技术相关知识,首先回顾了质量管理及质量工程技术的发展历程,然后将目前可查询到的质量工程技术的相关知识进行梳理和分析,利用知识图谱技术构建了质量工程技术知识图谱并建立了查询系统。该知识图谱及系统的实现为企业人员有针对性地学习质量工程技术相关理论及应用提供了较为便捷的渠道,有利于提高工作效率和企业质量管理水平,从而进一步提升企业的竞争能力。 Quality engineering technology is an important part of the field of quality management,and it plays a very important role in improving the levels of enterprise quality managements.With the continuous development of information technology,quality engineering technology is also showing a trend of informatization,which has caused certain obstacles to enterprise personnel in learning and mastering relevant knowledge.In order to understand and learn various quality engineering technologies related knowledge more conveniently,first review the development of quality management and quality engineering technology,and then sort out and analyze the related knowledge of quality engineering technology that can be queried at present,and use the knowledge graph technology to construct Developed the knowledge map of quality engineering technology and established a query system.The realization of the knowledge graph and system provides a convenient channel for enterprise personnel to study the related theories and applications of quality engineering technology,which is conducive to improving work efficiency and enterprise quality management levels,thereby further enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.
