摘要
目的:探讨多学科团队协作模式在老年糖尿病患者个体化健康教育中的应用价值。方法:选取2018年1月~2020年3月我院内分泌科收治的老年糖尿病患者80例,随机分为治疗组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。对照组实行常规健康教育,治疗组在此基础上结合多学科团队协作模式。比较两组患者疾病相关知识掌握程度、生活质量、出院满意度、血糖及血脂控制情况、平均住院日、平均住院费用和非计划再住院率。结果:治疗组患者对疾病相关知识掌握度、生活质量、满意度均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。出院后3月,治疗组患者血糖、血脂以及糖化血红蛋白水平均明显低于对照组(均P<0.05)。治疗组患者平均住院日、住院费用及非计划再住院率均明显低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:将多学科团队协作模式应用于老年糖尿病患者个体化健康教育,可以加深患者对糖尿病的认识和理解,改善血糖、血脂控制情况,提高患者生活质量,并提升治疗满意度。
Objective:To explore the application value of multidisciplinary teamwork in individualized health education for elderly diabetic patients.Methods:A total of 80 elderly diabetic patients in our hospital from January 2018 to March 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group were given routine health education,while the treatment group were combined with the multidisciplinary teamwork mode.The following indicators were observed between the two groups,the acquirement of disease-related knowledge,quality of life,degree of satisfaction,levels of blood glucose and lipid,average hospital stay and cost,as well as unplanned readmission rate.Results:The acquirement of disease-related knowledge,quality of life and satisfaction in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).When compared with the control group,the levels of blood glucose,blood lipid and glucose hemoglobin in treatment group were significantly lower(all P<0.05).The average length of hospital stay,hospitalization cost and unplanned readmission rate in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of multidisciplinary team cooperation mode in individualized health education for elderly diabetes patients,could deepen the understanding of diabetes,improve the control of blood glucose and lipids,enhance patients'quality of life,and increase treatment satisfaction.
