摘要
目的:采用系统评价和Meta分析的方法,探讨DNA甲基转移酶1(DNMT1)表达水平与系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)疾病活动指数的相关性。方法:计算机检索PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、Cochrane Library、知网、万方及维普数据库中关于DNMT1表达水平与SLE疾病活动指数相关性的研究,研究类型不限。检索时限为数据库建立至2020年4月3日。由2名研究者独立筛选文献、提取资料并评价纳入研究的偏倚风险后,采用Comprehensive Meta Analysis V2软件、Engauge软件、SPSS 20.0软件与Excel进行数据的判断、提取、转化和计算,最后使用Stata 15.0软件进行meta分析。结果:共纳入8项病例对照研究,包括304例患者,NOS量表评价>5颗星。Meta分析结果显示:DNMT1表达水平与SLE疾病活动指数呈低度相关性,相关系数有统计学意义[r=-0.23,95%CI(-0.42,-0.03),P=0.008]。结论:现有证据表明DNAMT1表达水平与SLE疾病活动指数之间有低相关性,但还需要更多同质的研究来进行佐证。
Objective:To investigate the correlation between DNA methyltransferase 1(DNMT1)expression level and disease activity index of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)by systematic review and meta-analysis.Methods:The studies on correlation between DNMT1 expression level and SLE disease activity index in PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,Cochrane Library,CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases from construction to April 3,2020 were searched,without restriction of study types.Two researchers independently screened the literature,extracted the data and evaluated the risk of bias of included studies.Comprehensive Meta-Analysis V2 software,Engauge software,SPSS 20.0 software and Excel software were used to judge,extract,transform and calculate the data.Finally,Stata 15.0 software was used for meta-analysis.Results:Eight case-control studies,including 304 patients were enrolled.The NOS scale was more than 5 stars.The results of meta-analysis suggested that the expression level of DNMT1 had a low correlation with SLE disease activity index,and the correlation coefficient was statistically significant[r=-0.23,95%CI(-0.42,-0.03),P=0.008].Conclusion:The existing evidences indicate DNMT1 expression is lowly correlated with SLE activity,which is needed more homogeneous studies to confirm.
