乡村振兴背景下信任对农村环境治理绩效的影响--基于湖北农村的调查

The Influence of Trust on the Performance of Rural Environmental Governance Under the Background of Rural Revitalization--Based on Surveys in Rural Areas of Hubei

基于湖北省农村地区微观调查数据,探讨了信任对乡村环境治理绩效的影响。研究表明:首先,人际信任、制度信任对乡村环境治理绩效有着显著的正向促进作用,其中制度信任相比人际信任的影响更强。其次,村庄社会交往在信任对环境治理绩效的影响中起到部分中介作用。人际信任、制度信任有效增强了村民与村民之间、村民与政府之间的交往,避免了信息不对称问题的发生及其带来的交易成本,提高了乡村环境治理绩效。最后,信任对环境治理绩效的影响在不同村民环境治理参与意愿与不同村民环境政策了解度中表现出差异。因此,要提高农村环境治理绩效,需要提高村庄各维度信任程度、加强村庄内部交往互动、调动村民参与环境治理积极性,提升村民环境政策了解度。

Based on micro-survey data in some rural areas of Hubei Province,this paper explores the impact of trust on the performance of rural environmental governance.Research shows that:first of all,interpersonal trust and institutional trust have a significant positive role in promoting rural environmental governance performance,among which institutional trust has a stronger influence.Secondly,interpersonal trust and institutional trust have effectively enhanced the communication between villagers and villagers and between villagers and the government through their own mechanisms,avoiding the occurrence of information asymmetry and the transaction costs it brings,and improving rural environmental governance.Performance indicates that the village's social interaction plays a role as an intermediary variable.Finally,the impact of trust on environmental governance performance shows differences in the different willingness of villagers to participate in environmental governance and the different understanding of villagers5 environmental policies.Based on the results of this article,to improve the performance of rural environmental governance,it is necessary to increase the trust of the village in all dimensions,strengthen the interaction within the village,mobilize the enthusiasm of villagers to participate in environmental governance,and improve the understanding of the villagers5 environmental policies.
