摘要
目的:探讨下肢康复机器人对高血压性脑出血恢复期患者步行、运动功能及肌力的影响。方法:选择2018年2月—2020年2月漯河医学高等专科学校第三附属医院收治的高血压性脑出血恢复期患者72例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各36例。对照组实施常规康复训练,观察组在此基础上采用下肢康复机器人辅助训练,比较两组干预前及干预后步行、运动功能及肌力。结果:干预前,两组步行功能、运动功能及肌力水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组步行功能优于对照组,运动功能、四头肌、腘绳肌评分分别为(37.51±7.26)分、(78.38±8.26)分、(74.37±9.04)分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:下肢康复机器人能够改善高血压性脑出血恢复期患者步行能力、运动功能,提高下肢肌力,利于患者肢体功能持续恢复,有助于改善日常生活能力。
Objective:To investigate the effect of lower limb rehabilitation robot on walking,motor function and muscle strength of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in convalescence.Methods:From February 2018 to February 2020,72 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in convalescent period were selected and randomly divided into two groups,36 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group received lower limb rehabilitation robot assisted training on this basis.The walking,motor function and muscle strength of the two groups before and after the intervention were compared.Results:Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in walking function,motor function and muscle strength between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the walking function of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the scores of motor function,quadriceps and hamstring muscle were(37.51±7.26),(78.38±8.26),(74.37±9.04)respectively,which were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lower limb rehabilitation robot can improve walking ability and motor function of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in convalescent period,improve muscle strength of lower limbs,help patients recover limb function continuously,and improve daily living ability.
