全面化延续护理理念下的家庭式照护在肠道病毒71型感染手足口病患儿中的应用

Application of Home-based Care under the Concept of Comprehensive and Continuous Nursing in Children with EV71 Infected Hand,Foot and Mouth Disease

目的:探讨全面化延续护理理念下的家庭式照护在肠道病毒71型(EV71)感染手足口病患儿中的应用价值。方法:选取2019年4月—2019年12月间周口市第一人民医院EV71感染手足口病患儿66例,按入院时间分组,2019年4月—2019年7月31例为对照组,2019年8月—2019年12月35例为观察组。对照组予以常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上予以全面化延续护理理念下的家庭式照护干预。比较两组患儿再获得感染疾病发生率、干预前、干预1个月后家属家庭健康管理知识掌握度、护理干预满意度。结果:观察组患儿再获得感染疾病发生率为2.86%(1/35),低于对照组22.58%(7/31)(P<0.05);干预1个月后观察组家属家庭健康管理知识掌握度评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组家属护理干预满意度为97.14%(34/35),高于对照组77.42%(24/31)(P<0.05)。结论:全面化延续护理理念下的家庭式照护可降低EV71感染手足口病患儿院外再获得感染疾病风险,提高家属疾病知识掌握度,且护理干预满意度较高,具有较高临床应用价值。

Objective:To explore the application value of home-based care under the concept of comprehensive and continuous care in children with hand-foot-mouth disease infected with enterovirus 71(EV71).Methods:A total of 66 children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease infected with EV71 in the hospital from April 2019 to December 2019 were selected and grouped according to the time of admission.From April 2019 to July 2019,31 cases were included in the control group,and from August 2019 to December 2019,35 cases were included in the observation group.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group was based on the control group to give full-fledged family care intervention under the concept of continuous care.The incidence of re-acquired infectious diseases,the mastery of family health management knowledge and satisfaction of nursing intervention of the family members before intervention and one month after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of reinfection in the observation group was 2.86%(1/35),which was lower than the control group of 22.58%(7/31)(P<0.05).One month after the intervention,the family health management knowledge mastery score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nursing intervention of family members in the observation group was 97.14%(34/35),which was higher than 77.42%(24/31)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Home-based care under the concept of comprehensive continuation of care can reduce the risk of acquiring re-infected diseases outside the hospital for children with EV71-infected hand-foot-mouth disease,improve the mastery of the family's disease knowledge,and the satisfaction of nursing intervention is high,which has high clinical application value.
