规范化疼痛护理管理应用于肋骨骨折患者围手术期的效果研究

To Explore the Effect of Standardized Pain Nursing Management in Patients with Rib Fractures during Perioperative Period

目的:探究规范化疼痛护理管理在肋骨骨折患者围术期的应用效果。方法:选取濮阳市中医医院2017年4月—2020年2月收治的肋骨骨折患者60例为研究对象,均接受内固定术治疗,根据护理方法分为两组,每组各30例。对照组给予常规围术期护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予规范化疼痛护理管理。对比两组的术后疼痛评分量表(VAS)、术后住院时间等。结果:观察组患者术后8 h、术后24 h、术后48 h、术后72 h的VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组的术后住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:规范化疼痛护理管理的实施有利于缓解肋骨骨折患者的术后疼痛程度,促进术后早日康复出院。

Objective:To explore the effect of standardized pain nursing management in perioperative period of rib fracture patients.Methods:60 cases of rib fracture patients in the hospital from April 2017 to February 2020 were selected as the objects,and they were all treated with internal fixation.According to the nursing methods,the control group was given routine perioperative nursing intervention,and the observation group was given standardized pain nursing management on this basis.The postoperative pain score and postoperative hospital stay of the two groups were compared.Results:The VAS pain scores of the patients in the observation group at 8 h,24 h,48 h,and 72 h were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.001).The postoperative hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.001).Conclusion:The implementation of standardized pain nursing management is beneficial to relieve postoperative pain of patients with rib fractures,and promote early recovery and discharge after surgery.
