探索新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下门诊药房药学服务新模式

Exploration of the new mode of pharmaceutical care in the outpatient dispensary during epidemic of Corona Virus Disease-2019

目的:探索新型冠状病毒肺炎(Corona Virus Disease-2019,COVID-19)疫情期间门诊药房药学服务新模式,以提高重复慢性病患者的药学服务质量,并为突发公共卫生事件应急工作提供参考。方法:从人员、药品、环境、基于信息化的窗口运行管理以及“互联网+药学服务”等方面完善相关的管理策略。结果:通过自动化设备的运用及信息化管理,门诊药房的人力资源及防护物资得到了合理分配及有效管理。基于“互联网+药学服务”模式,为慢性病患者提供了安全、及时、有效的药学服务。结论:通过对门诊药房药学服务模式的探索及完善,保证了疫情期间药学工作人员的安全,降低了院内感染的风险,使各项工作得到了高效、有序地开展,在抗击COVID-19疫情中发挥了重要的作用。

Objective:To explore the new mode of pharmaceutical care in the outpatient dispensary during epidemic of Corona Virus Disease-2019(COVID-19),so as to improve the quality of pharmaceutical care for the patients with chronic diseases,and provide reference for emergency aid in abrupt public health events.Methods:Efforts were made for the perfection of relevant management strategies in terms of personnel,drugs,environment,window operation management based on informatization and“Internet+pharmaceutical care”.Results:Through automated equipment and information-based management,the human resources and protective materials of the outpatient dispensary were reasonably allocated and effectively managed.The“Internet+pharmaceutical care”mode provided safe,timely and effective pharmaceutical care for the patients with chronic diseases.Conclusion:The exploration and improvement of the mode of pharmaceutical care in the outpatient dispensary has ensured the safety of pharmacy staff during the epidemic,reduced the risk of nosocomial infection,and enabled various tasks to be carried out in an efficient and orderly manner.As a result,it plays an important role in the fight against COVID-19.
