中日友好医院中药治疗冠心病组方特征探析

Analysis on the Characteristics of the Prescriptions of Traditional Chinese Medicine for the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease in China-Japan Friendship Hospital

目的基于统计分析与数据挖掘探析中日友好医院中药治疗冠心病用药特点。方法选取2018年1月—2018年4月期间于中日友好医院住院并采用中药治疗的冠心病患者的首次中药处方。双人录入首次中药方并建立数据库,采用SPSS 21.0进行频数统计分析及Ward连接法聚类分析,采用Modeler 18.0软件建立置信度-支持度-提升度框架下三个不同层次水平的关联分析模型。结果88份中药处方中涉及中药148味,使用药物频数累计1259次,黄芪使用频率最高,用药类别以补气药及活血化瘀药最多。经关联规则分析得到14对药对,前5位:麸白术-茯苓、陈皮-半夏、川芎-赤芍、太子参-白芍、瓜蒌-半夏。常用药物聚类得出5类方:升解通瘀类方、血府逐瘀类方、脾胃气滞血瘀痰浊症方、瓜蒌薤白类方、益气养血方。结论中日友好医院治疗冠心病胸痹重视调和气血痰瘀,治法以益气活血、化痰理气为主。

Objective To explore the characteristics of TCM in the treatment of coronary heart disease based on statistical analysis and data mining.Methods Two persons input the first traditional prescription for hospitalized coronary heart disease patients in the China-Japan Friendship Hospital and establish the database by using SPSS 21.0 to frequency statistics analysis and cluster analysis.Modeler 18.0 software was used to establish the correlation analysis model of three different levels under the confidence-support-upgrade framework.Results Among 88 Chinese herbal prescriptions,148 Chinese herbal medicines were involved.The total number of use of drugs was 1259 times.Astragalus was used the most frequently.The types of medicine used were Qi-tonifying medicines and blood-activating medicines for removing blood stasis.Through the analysis of association rules,14 pairs of medicines were obtained,the top 5 were:Sauteed atractylodes-Poria cocos,Tangerine peel-Pinellia tuber,Chuanxiong-Red Peony root,Radix pseudostellariae-White peony root,Fructus trichosanthis-Pinellia tuber.Commonly used drugs clustered into 5 types of prescriptions:Shengjie Tongyu prescription,Xuefu Zhuyu prescription,Qi stagnation and blood stasis and phlegm of spleen and stomach,Gualou Xiebai recipe,Qi nourishing and blood nourishing recipe.Conclusion The China-Japan Friendship Hospital pays attention to reconciling qi,blood and phlegm stasis in the treatment of coronary heart disease and thoracic obstruction.
