基于数据挖掘麻柔辨治骨髓增生异常综合征的用药经验

Study on Experience of Ma Rou for Treatment of Myelodysplastic Syndrome Based on Data Mining

目的探讨麻柔治疗骨髓增生异常综合征(Myelodysplastic Syndromes,MDS)的用药规律和辨治经验。方法通过搜集整理麻柔门诊治疗的MDS患者的219个中药处方,利用中医传承辅助平台系统数据挖掘技术,对处方中药味的性味归经、用药频次、核心组方等内容进行分析总结,根据用药梳理出新的处方。结果麻柔治疗MDS,所用药物以温补、平和为主,兼用寒凉。所用甘味药较多,辅用苦、辛之药。药物以归肝、脾、肾三经为主。单味中药频次由高到低为大枣、生姜、女贞子、萆薢、山药、熟地黄、牡丹皮、山茱萸、茯苓等。中药药对频次由高到低为"生姜、大枣""大枣、女贞子""熟地黄、山茱萸""熟地黄、牡丹皮""熟地黄、山药""熟地黄、大枣"等。核心药物组成有"党参、通草、太子参""当归、细辛、生地黄"等。凝练出的新处方有"党参、通草、太子参、当归、细辛、生地黄"等。结论麻柔辨治MDS以温补为主,所用药物甘味为多,归肝、脾、肾三经。配伍上注重寒热同调、阴阳互补。符合其补脾肾而益生化之源,促进造血的"气血复生"辨治思想。

Objective To explore the medication rule and the experience of differentiation of Ma Rou in the treatment of myelodysplastic syndromes(Myelodysplastic Syndromes,MDS).Methods 219 Chinese medicine prescriptions of MDS were collected and sorted from Ma Rou VIP outpatient clinics.The contents of the prescription Chinese medicine taste,frequency of medication,and core prescriptions were analyzed and summarized by the data mining technology of the Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform system.New prescriptions were sort out based on medications.Results The properties of drugs used by Ma Rou to treat MDS were mainly warm and neutral in nature,and the properties of cold and cool in nature also were used.Many sweet medicines were used.Bitter and pungent medicines were supplemented.The medicine was based on the three meridians of liver,spleen and kidney.The frequency of single Chinese medicines from high to low is Jujube,Ginger,Ligustrum Lucidum,Yusui,Yam,Rehmannia Glutinosa,Moutan Bark,Dogwood,Tuckahoe and so on.The frequency of Chinese herbal medicine pairs from high to low is"Ginger,Chinese Date","Jujube,Ligustrum Lucidum","Rehmannia Glutinosa,Dogwood","Rehmannia Glutinosa,Moutan Bark","Rehmannia Glutinosa,Chinese Yam","Rehmannia Glutinosa,Big Date",etc.The core medicines include"Dangshen,Tongcao,Taizishen","Angelica sinensis,Asarum,Radix Rehmanniae"and so on.The condensed new prescriptions include"Dangshen,Tongcao,Taizishen,Angelica,Asarum,Rehmannia glutinosa"and so on.Conclusion Most prescription of medicines for MDS by Ma Rou were worm,tonic and sweet.The main belonged meridians were liver,spleen and kidney meridian.Most of the treatment methods were coordinating cold and heat,balancing Yin and Yang,benefiting biochemistry by nourishing the spleen and kidney,and making"regenerating Qi and blood"by promoting hemajyhtopoiesis.
