基于学生深度学习的教学实践创新: 滑铁卢大学的经验及启示 被引量:1

摘要 深度学习是促进人全面发展的基本途径,也是高校实现高质量发展的重要路径。国内外学者对深度学习这一主题的研究与重视,为高校改进教学模式和创新教学思路创造了新的探索空间。滑铁卢大学基于学生深度学习的需要,通过创造批判性的环境、注重宣传引导、支持新教师的教学发展、加大对骨干教师的支持和培训等措施推进教学实践创新。反思滑铁卢大学的实践经验,得到关于我国高校教学改革的重要启示,力图通过形成上下联动机制、促进教师教学方式变革、优化课程设置、发挥学生主体作用等举措,促进高校学生深度学习,实现高等教育的内涵式、高质量发展。 Deep learning is a basic way to promote all-round development of people and an important way for colleges and universities to achieve high-quality development.The constant research and attention of domestic and foreign scholars on the topic of deep learning has created new exploration space for universities to improve their teaching mode and innovate their teaching ideas.Based on the needs of students'deep learning,the University of Waterloo promotes the innovation of teaching practice by creating a critical environment,paying attention to publicity and guidance,supporting the teaching development of new teachers,and increasing the support and training for key teachers.The experience of the University of Waterloo provides an important implication for teaching reform in colleges and universities,so efforts should be taken to form a linkage mechanism between the upper and lower levels,promote the reform of teachers'teaching methods,optimize curriculum settings,give play to the principal role of students,so as to promote the deep learning of college students and realize the convoluted and high-quality development of higher education.
