摘要
分析了265m^(2)烧结环冷机回转框架开裂的原因,通过调整回转支撐、圆形轨道、打孔减少应力、改造支撑板、增加夹板等方法在线修复,提高了其运行性能、增强了可维护性、降低了维修费用。
The cracking reason of the rotary frame for 265m^(2) sintering annular cooler is analyzed.Online repair is carried out through adjusting the rotary support and circular track,drilling to reduce stress,modifying the support plate and adding clamp plate,etc.Its operating performance is improved,maintainability is enhanced,and maintenance cost is reduced.
