中厚板轧后超快冷综合换热系数模型的建立及应用

摘要 文章以中厚板轧后超快速冷却系统为研究对象,对超快冷各段冷却强度建立综合换热系数模型。在此过程中,首先以实测数据为基础,结合模型及设备参数,通过反传热法计算不同辊速、喷水水量条件下钢板表面的综合换热系数;然后利用分段建模、非线性拟合等方法得出单因素影响下综合换热系数计算式;再引入交互影响函數,分析各种因素相互影响条件下综合换热系数的演变规律并得出计算式。将模型计算结果与实测值比较,吻合度较好。将模型应用于某厂轧后超快冷温降计算中,计算精度误差在5%以内,能够满足实际生产需要。 Taking the ultrafast cooling system for rolled medium plates as the research object,a comprehensive heat transfer coefficient model is established for the cooling strength of each ultrafast cooling section.Based on the measured data and combined with the model and equipment parameters,a comprehensive heat transfer coefficient under different roll speed and water spray volume is calculated by means of reverse heat transfer method firstly;then,the formula of comprehensive heat transfer coefficient with signal factor influence is obtained by means of piecewise modeling and nonlinear fitting methods;finally,analyze the evolvement rule of the comprehensive heat transfer coefficient under the interaction of various factors through introducing interaction influence function,and work out a calculation formula.It is found that the results are good after comparing the model calculation results with the measured values.The model was applied to the calculation of ultr£ifast cooling temperature drop in a plant.The calculation accuracy error is less than 5%,which can meet the actusil production requirements.
