“双一流”背景下制约我国高校博士生创新能力培养的因素 被引量:6

摘要 博士生教育是我国国民教育序列中的最高层次,肩负着为国家建设输送高层次人才的重大责任。但是,当前博士生教育培养普遍存在发展理念不甚合理、培养目标存在偏差、生源选拔把关不严、奖励激励机制缺席、质量管控执行不严、师资力量匹配不足、培养方式相对落后、创新能力考核缺位等问题,已严重影响博士生创新能力的培养。因此,有必要对这些问题进行深入剖析,为保障高校博士生教育质量奠定基础,以进一步促进博士生创新能力的提升。 Doctoral education is the highest level of national education in China, shouldering the great responsibility of providing high-level talents for national construction. However, there exist some common problems in the current doctoral education and cultivation, such as the irrational development idea, the deviated training objectives, the lax student enrollment,the absence of rewards and incentives, the relaxed quality control, the lack of matching faculty, the relatively backward training methods and the absence of innovative capability assessment. All these have seriously affected the cultivation of doctoral students’ innovative capabilities. Therefore, it is necessary to make a deep analysis of these problems in order to lay a foundation for guaranteeing the quality of doctoral education in colleges and universities, thus promoting the innovative capabilities of doctoral students.
