生物与医药硕士创新及联合培养基地建设研究与实践 被引量:4

摘要 全日制生物与医药硕士研究生教育是我国专业学位研究生教育的重要组成部分,其目标是培养具有一定创新能力的应用型、复合型高层次工程技术和工程管理人才,同时其培养模式亦是专业学位研究生教育改革的重点内容之一。高校作为培养人才的主体,肩负着为经济社会发展培养高层次医药创新人才的重任和职责;高校与企业共同建立硕士研究生创新及联合培养基地,既是改进现有研究生培养模式的重要实践,也是培养研究生实践能力的重要平台,更是促进产学研合作的重要载体。文章从“两段式”培养、“双导师”制度、建立校企之间学术交流互访机制、优化研究生课程体系和培养方案,以及承担相关领域的产学研项目等方面,对河南师范大学与省内行业骨干企业共同建立的生物与医药硕士研究生创新及联合培养基地进行了探索研究。 The full-time postgraduate education of Master in Biology and Medicine(MBM)is an important part of the professional degree postgraduate education in China.Its goal is to cultivate application-oriented and interdisciplinary high-level engineering technology and engineering management talents with certain innovative ability.Meanwhile,its training mode is also one of the key contents of the educational reform of professional degree postgraduate.As the main body of talent cultivation,colleges and universities shoulder the critical responsibility of cultivating high-level innovative medical talents for economic and social development.The establishment of innovation and joint training bases for postgraduate students by universities and enterprises is not only an important practice to improve the existing postgraduate training mode,but also an important platform to cultivate postgraduates'practical ability,and more importantly,an important carrier to promote industry-university-research cooperation.In this paper,the innovation and joint training base of MBM graduate students established by Henan Normal University and the backbone enterprises in Henan province is explored.The study is from the following five aspects:the"two stages"training;"double tutors"system;establishing academic exchange and exchange mechanism between the university and enterprise;optimizing the course system and training plan and undertaking projects of industry-university-research in related fields.
