能源与环保领域工程博士培养的实践探索 被引量:4

摘要 实施工程博士培养,为创新型国家建设输送领军型工程人才,是我国研究生教育的创新探索。分析了当前工程博士培养存在的主要问题,结合国防科技大学能源与环保领域工程博士培养实践,总结了提高工程博士培养质量的措施建议,包括招收高质量生源、以重大工程需求牵引培养工作、坚持学校与企业/部队深度协同、工程博士培养水平与导师团队研究指导水平双螺旋上升等。为我国工程博士培养模式改革提供有益借鉴。 Training doctor of engineering and providing leading talents for construction of innovative country are innovative exploration of postgraduate education in China.Main problems in the cultivation of doctor of engineering were analyzed,measures and suggestions for improving the training quality of doctor of engineering were summarized according to the training practice of doctor of engineering in energy and environmental field,including taking in high quality student pool,leading cultivation work with major project requirements,deep collaboration between universities and enterprises/army,double helix rise of cultivation level of doctor of engineering and guidance level of supervisor team,and so on.All those can provide useful reference for reform of training mode for doctor of engineering.
