“三全育人”视阈下旅游类高职学生职业素质培养研究

Research on the Professional Quality Cultivation of Tourism Higher Vocational Students from the Perspective of"Three All-round Education"

立足“三全育人”,加强对学生职业素质培养的研究和探索意义重大。当前旅游类高职学生职业素质现状主要表现为职业目标不坚定、职业认同感较低、学生的服务意识较强、职业技能有待加强、职业心理有待提升,职业礼仪较为规范。在高校坚持“立德树人”的背景下,旅游类高职院校可从坚持社会主义核心价值观这一中心出发,在全员育人方面,把握教育和教学两条主线;在全过程育人方面,重视入学期、关键期、毕业期三个节点;在全方位育人方面,夯实文化育人、网络育人、心理育人、资助育人四个载体等全面提升学生职业素质。

It is of great significance to strengthen the research and exploration on the cultivation of students'professional quality based on the"Three All-round Education".At present,the vocational quality of tourism vocational college students is mainly manifested in the lack of firm professional goals and low sense of professional identity.Students have strong service awareness,but their professional skills need to be strengthened and professional psychology needs to be improved.Their professional etiquette is relatively standard.Under the background of"cultivating people with morality",tourism higher vocational colleges can focus on adhering to the core values of socialism;in terms of allstaff education,grasp the two main lines of education and teaching;in the whole process of educating people,pay attention to the enrollment period,the critical period,and the graduation period;in terms of all-round education,consolidate the four carriers of cultural education,online education,psychological education,and subsidized education to improve the professional quality of students.
