Development of a New Automatic Verification Device for Refueling Gun

针对目前传统加油枪检定装置存在的操作比较复杂、人工记录数据精度差、检定效率低和现有的自动加油枪检定装置存在的计量精度不够、供电不方便、整机不便携、集成度低以及通讯不便的问题,设计了一种新型高智能化的加油枪自动检定装置。该装置具备计量精度高、可充电电池供电、集成度高、整机便携、数据支持手机上传等特点。整套设备已经取得防爆合格证书,且设计精度满足±0.05%以内的要求,已取得山东省计量科学研究院的整机标定证书,可应用于加油站加油枪的定期检定。

Aiming at the problems of complicated operation,poor accuracy of manual data recording,low verification efficiency of traditional verification device for refueling gun,and insufficient measurement accuracy,inconvenient power supply,stationary type,low integration and inconvenient communication of the existing automatic verification device,a new type of intelligent automatic verification device for refueling gun is designed.The device has the characteristics of high measurement accuracy,rechargeable battery power supply,high integration,portability,and data uploading by mobile phone,and so on.The whole set of equipment has obtained the explosion-proof certificate,and the design accuracy can meet the requirements of less than 0.05%.The whole set of equipment has obtained the complete machine calibration certificate from Shandong Institute of Metrology,which can be applied to the regular verification of refueling gun in gas station.
