油品销售企业施工安全管理的主要问题与对策

The Main Problems of Construction Safety Management in Oil Sales EnteqDrises and Countermeasures

针对油品销售企业施工项目点多、面广、线长;工程量和投资较少;现场缺乏有效监管;施工人员安全意识淡薄;施工方案不具有针对性;未严格落实设备进场验收制度以及疫情防控存在疏漏等问题,提出了相应对策:一是抓好施工安全与疫情防控;二是抓好施工现场监控工作;三是抓好承包商HSSE管理体系推进工作;四是抓好直接作业环节的管理;五是严肃问责追责,确保施工安全。

Aiming at the problems of construction projects in oil sales enterprises,such as many points,wide area,and long line,less engineering quantity and investment,lack of effective supervision on site,weak safety awareness of construction personnel,lack of pertinence of construction scheme,lack of strict implementation of equipment entry acceptance system and negligence of epidemic prevention and control,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward,viz.improving construction safety and epidemic prevention and control,perfecting construction on-site monitoring,promoting the contractor's HSSE management system,improving management of direct operation,and implementing seriously accountability and responsibility to ensure construction safety.
