摘要 自2018年以来,国家相关部门先后出台多个文件支持职业教育改革发展,职业教育迎来了新的发展机遇。高职院校能否乘着此次发展浪潮实现突破,很大程度上取决于是否拥有一支理论和实践能力都很强的"双师型"教师队伍。剖析湖北省高职院校"双师型"教师培养现状,发现问题所在,并针对问题提出培养路径。 Since 2018,relevant state departments have successively issued a number of documents to support the reform and development of vocational education,and vocational education has ushered in new development opportunities.Whether higher vocational colleges can take advantage of this wave of development to achieve breakthroughs depends largely on whether they have a team of "double-Quality" teachers with strong theoretical and practical abilities.Analyze the current situation of the training of "double-Quality" teachers in higher vocational colleges in Hubei Province,find out the problem,and propose a training path for the problem.
