摘要 FSSS是热力发电厂锅炉炉膛最重要的安全监控系统,当锅炉炉膛在燃烧过程中突然灭火时可以有效保护锅锅炉膛不发生爆炸并采取相应的控制措施。某厂在此次直流电源改造之前,FSSS的直流电源装置是同时给FSSS的两套跳闸回路供电而不是分别供电,且从电气侧传来的两路直流110 V电源是通过四个二极管组成的切换回路之后直接给就地端负载供电,当现场出现一路直流电源接地,就会直接导致整个直流系统接地,严重威胁到机组安全运行,甚至导致发电机组非停。现在原有的系统基础上新增加一套冗余的直流电源装置给第二套跳闸回路供电,新增直流电源装置具有电气完全隔离功能和冗余功能(即具有旁路),可以很好地提高设备安全性和可靠性。 the FSSS is the most important safety monitoring system in the boiler furnace of a thermal power plant, which can effectively protect the boiler furnace from explosion and take corresponding control measures when the boiler furnace suddenly fires out in the process of combustion. Before the reform on the DC power supply in one power plant, the FSSS of DC power device supplies to two sets of trip circuit meanwhile rather than each one respectively. And two way coming from the electrical side DC 110 V power supply is through four diodes after switching circuit directly to the load at the end of power supply. When the DC power supply grounds all the way, it will lead directly to the DC system grounding, which seriously threatens the safe operation of the unit, and even leads to the generator′s non stop. Now, on the basis of the original system, a redundant DC power supply device is added to supply power to the second trip circuit. The new DC power supply unit has complete electrical isolation function and redundancy function(that is, it has bypass), which can improve the safety and reliability of the equipment.
