Tibetan-Chinese Correspondence in Duoxu Yiyu《多续译语》and the Phonological Features in Sichuan Dialects in the Early Qing Dynasty

《多续译语》藏汉对音材料是目前所见最早的能直接反映四川方言音值的材料,本文从语音特征、历史背景等角度系统论证清代《多续译语》注音汉字的四川方音属性。

The Tibetan-Chinese correspondence material in Duoxu Yiyu 《多续译语》 is so far the earliest material that can directly reveal the pronunciation value of Sichuan dialect. This paper systematically argues that the nature of the Chinese transcription in Duoxu Yiyu 《多续译语》 written in Qing dynasty is associated with Sichuan dialect from the perspectives of phonological features and historical background.
