创新要素流动、创新链协同对广东创新绩效的影响 被引量:1

The Impact of Innovation Factor Flow and Innovation Chain Synergy on Innovation Performance in Guangdong Province

摘要 创新链主体协同与过程协同相互促进,创新要素流动促进创新链协同,进而促进创新绩效。通过构建创新链横向主体协同与纵向过程协同的复合系统协同度模型测算广东省21个地级市2010—2018年创新链协同度;采用DEA法及CRITIC赋权法,综合考虑创新绩效、经济效益、社会效益和生态效益测算城市综合创新绩效值;在创新要素流动条件下,通过空间计量模型实证创新链协同与综合创新绩效具有显著正相关,且综合创新绩效呈空间相关性,因而提高创新链协同程度有利于促进本地创新绩效提升,创新要素区域间流动是区域间协同创新的有效路径。 The collaboration both the main bodies and the process reinforce one another,and the flow of innovation elements promotes the collaboration in the innovation chain,thus promoting the innovation performance.In this paper,the synergy degree of innovation chain of 21 prefecturelevel cities in Guangdong province from 2010 to 2018 is estimated by constructing a composite system synergy degree model of horizontal agent synergy and vertical process synergy of innovationchain. Using DEA method and CRITIC weighting method, comprehensively considering the innovationperformance, economic benefit, social benefit and ecological benefit, the value of urbancomprehensive innovation performance is calculated. Under the condition of innovation elementsflow, collaborative innovation chain using the methods of spatial econometric model and integratedinnovation performance has a significant positive correlation;the integrated innovation performanceis spatially correlated, thus improving innovation chain synergy degree to promote local innovationperformance improvement. Innovation elements regional flow is an effective path of regional collaborativeinnovation.
