干煤棚智能无人化吊车技术的研发 被引量:1

摘要 采用边缘控制器、三维定位、防摇及防撞、三维扫描及点云重建等技术,结合干煤棚料堆特点、环境因素,通过对控制系统的硬件组态及软件模型算法的开发,实现了干煤棚智能无人化吊车控制。文章介绍了智能无人化吊车系统功能、智能无人化吊车策略研发,论述了智能无人化吊车的研发过程。 The intelligent unmanned crane control for dry coal shed is realized through developing the hardware configuration of control system and software model algorithm with such technologies as edge controller,three-dimensional positioning,anti-swing and anticollision,three dimension scanning as well as reconstruction of point cloud combining with the characteristics of material pile in dry coal shed and environmental factor.In this paper,it is introduced the functions of intelligent unmanned crane system,research and development of intelligent unmanned crane strategy as well as described the research and development process of intelligent unmanned crane.
