摘要
文章通过构建胜任力模型,尝试对包钢股份培训工作开展基于需求的分析研究,旨在制定更有针对性的培训计划,达到培训体系优化的目的,提高培训质量,真正实现人才培训卓有成效,为“人才强企”战略提供培训导向和理论支撑,为企业长远发展打下良好基础。
In the paper,the analytical research on the training of Baotou Steel Union Co.,Ltd.based on demands is tried to carry out through establishing competency model to formulate more targeted training plan,achieve the purpose of training system optimization,improve training quality and really realize effective talent training,which provide training orientation and theoretical support for the“talents make enterprise strong”strategy as well as lay a good foundation for the long-term development of enterprise.
