大众媒体对议题的立场和态度能影响国内外公众对事件的理解与判断,进而引导舆情走向、塑造公共意见。新闻编译是大众媒体进行传播活动的主要方式之一,编译者不仅应关注文本本身,还要兼顾社会、政治、文化等文本外因素。结合蒙娜·贝克的翻译叙事学理论,以《参考消息》《环球时报》等主流媒体对疫情相关新闻报道的编译为例,探讨如何通过新闻编译反映国家意识形态、支持相关政策、影响公众看法。

The standpoint and attitude of the mass media can influence the understanding and judgment of the public at home and abroad on certain issues,thus guiding and shaping public opinion.News compilation and translation is one of the main ways for mass media to carry out communication activities.For news compilation and translation,the translator should not only pay attention to the text itself,but also take into account social,political,cultural and other factors outside the text.This paper will analyze the news in Reference News,Global Times and other mainstream media under the guidance of Mona Baker's narrative theory and take the compilation and translation of the news reports related to COVID-19 as examples so as to find a way to cater to national ideology,support relevant policies and influence public opinion in news compilation and translation.
