建筑施工现场环境复杂,管理难度大,如何提升建筑施工现场管理水平,如何进一步促进建筑施工现场管理的有效性是一个非常重要的问题。为有效解决建筑施工管理现场存在的问题,首先对施工现场人员、材料、管理流程等方面进行了分析,提出了现场管理必须坚持标准化原则、规范化原则、效益原则以及科学合理原则;最后从安全、人员、材料等方面探讨了提升建筑施工现场管理有效性的对策。

The environment of the construction site is complex,and the management is difficult.How to improve the management level of the construction site and how to further promote the effectiveness of the construction site management is really a problem worthy of studying.In order to effectively solve the problems existing in the construction site management,the problems in the construction site from the aspects of personnel,materials and management process are firstly analyzed,and that the site management must adhere to the principles of standardization,standardization,efficiency and scientific rationality is pointed out.Finally,from the aspects of safety,personnel,materials and so on,the countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of construction site management are discussed.
