Construction Quality Control of Static Pressure Planting of Steel Sheet Pile

针对钢板桩静压植桩施工存在的问题,确认后续钢板桩压入时连带相邻桩体下沉和没有及时做好钢板桩的纠倾工作为要因,从质量控制角度发现和解决了钢板桩静压植桩“墙顶标高不准确”和“偏向墙定位轴线的倾斜度过大”2个问题,提高钢板桩静压植桩施工合格率。

In view of the problems existing in construction of static pressure planting of steel sheet pile,the facts that the adjacent piles are sunk and the inclination correction of steel sheet pile is not done well in time when the subsequent steel sheet pile is planted are confirmed,and the two problems of“inaccurate elevation of wall top”and“excessive inclination toward the wall positioning axis”occurred during static pressure steel sheet pile planting are found and solved from the perspective of quality control,and the qualified rate of static pressure steel sheet pile construction is improved.
