摘要
采用金刚石压砧高压装置 (DAC) ,对具有Cu—O链结构的Ca2 CuO3的多晶粉末样品进行了高压同步辐射能散X射线衍射实验。实验结果表明 ,在 0~ 3 4GPa压力范围内 ,Ca2 CuO3晶体没有发生结构相变 ,用Birch Murnaghan状态方程拟合 ,得到在压力导数B′0 =4时 ,零压体弹模量B0 =(1 6 5 .4± 1 .8)GPa。
In situ high-pressure energy dispersive X-ray diffraction measurements for polycrystalline powder Ca 2CuO 3 with Cu-O chain structure were performed by using diamond anvil cell (DAC) instrument with synchrotron radiation.The results show that the structure of Ca 2CuO 3 is stable under pressure up to 34 GPa.According to Birch-Murnaghan state equation,we obtained bulk modulus B 0=(165.4±1.8) GPa provided that B′ 0=4.
