Comparison and Prospect Analysis of Precast Beam and Cast-in-place Beam in Bridge Engineering

在桥梁工程中,预制梁和现浇梁因其施工工艺不同,对工程经济效益产生的影响也不同。对预制梁与现浇箱梁进行比选,对其不同工况及不同工艺成本效益以及预制构件前景进行分析,发现预制梁不管是在质量控制、进度控制,还是安全管理、信息化施工管理等方面都更具优势。

In bridge engineering,the use of precast beam or cast-in-place beam,because of its different construction technology,has different effects on the economic benefits of the project. Based on comparison of precast beam and cast-in-place box beam,the costeffectiveness of different working conditions and different processes and the prospect of prefabricated components are analyzed,and the results show that the beam has more advantages in quality control,progress control,safety management and information construction management.
