摘要
目前,我国在软土地基建筑技术中仍存在很多的不足之处,这些不足之处于工程质量有直接的联系。对软土地基进行了简要分析,并对软土地基在房屋建筑施工中的特征以及处理技术进行了探讨,提出从前期准备、施工现场质量控制、提升施工人员专业素质等方面对软土地基在房屋建筑施工中的质量进行控制,为推动房建施工质量提升提供参考。
At present,there are still many deficiencies in the soft soil foundation construction technology in China,which have a direct connection with the overall construction quality of housing construction.The soft soil foundation is briefly analyzed,and the characteristics and treatment technology of soft soil foundation in housing construction are discussed,hoping to play a certain reference role in promoting quality of housing construction.
