摘要 某600 MW机组锅炉渣水系统采用开式循环系统,即冷却水经捞渣机溢流至集水坑后由渣浆泵排走,系统长期运行后,刮板输渣机、碎渣机及渣浆泵故障率较高,严重影响锅炉除渣系统稳定运行,同时耗水量大,水处理负担较重,如渣水处理不及时还极易造成对环境的污染事故;随着国家环保要求越来越高,要求电厂实现零排放,为此在充分调研和试验的基础上,对捞渣机进行零溢流改造,取消刮板输渣机、碎渣机和渣水开式循环系统,以降低系统故障率,达到节能降耗的目的。 The boiler slag water system of a 600 MW unit adopts an open circulation system,that is,the cooling water overflows to the sump through the slag bailer and is discharged by the slurry pump.After long-term operation of the system,the scraper slag conveyor,slag crusher and slurry pump have a high failure rate,which seriously affects the stable operation of the boiler slag removal system.At the same time,the water consumption is large and the water treatment burden is heavy.If the slag water treatment is not timely,it is easy to cause environmental pollution Pollution accident:with the national environmental protection requirements becoming higher and higher,the power plant is required to realize zero emission.Therefore,on the basis of full investigation and test,zero overflow transformation is carried out for slag conveyor,slag crusher and slag water open circulation system,so as to reduce system failure rate and achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.
