摘要
为了避免大面积停电事故的发生,本文主要是对110 kV及以下电力系统运行方式进行探讨,双回线并列的运行方式存在一定的缺点,可能出现后备保护跳变的变压器开关和跳母联开关的时间出现不配合的现象。当母线保护出现退出或者出线保护出现拒动的情况下,就会出现母线失压的情况。所以,对于整定变压器后备保护的动作时间间隔,不能只遵守《大型发电机变压器继电保护整定计算导则》中的规定,要根据实际的的运行方式,对双回线并列运行方式,做好后备保护跳变压器开关时间和跳母联开关等的配合,降低发生停电事故的概率。
In order to avoid the occurrence of large-scale blackout,this paper mainly discusses the operation mode of power system of 110 kV and below.The operation mode of parallel double circuit lines has some shortcomings,which may lead to the phenomenon that the time of transformer switch and bus tie switch of backup protection tripping does not match.When the bus protection exits or the outgoing line protection refuses to operate,the bus will lose voltage.Therefore,for setting the action time interval of backup protection of transformer,we can not only abide by the provisions of“guide for setting calculation of relay protection of large generator transformer”.According to the actual operation mode,we should coordinate the switching time of backup protection tripping transformer and bus tie switch according to the parallel operation mode of double circuit line,so as to reduce the probability of power failure.
