脱硫废水污泥引入真空皮带脱水机处理改造研究

Research on the Treatment Reformation of the Desulfurization Wastewater and Sludge Introduced into the Vacuum Belt Dewatering Machine

台山电厂1~7号机组采用石灰石湿法脱硫,设置了脱硫废水处理系统。长期以来脱硫废水污泥处理费用高,脱硫废水三套离心脱水机故障率高,离心脱水机维修成本高。本文主要对脱硫废水污泥处理系统改造的必要性进行了分析,提出了对策,对解决国内同类型脱硫废水污泥处置问题具有一定的指导意义。

Units 1-7 of Taishan Power Plant adopt limestone wet desulfurization and set up a desulfurization wastewater treatment system.For a long time,the cost of desulfurization wastewater and sludge treatment is high,the failure rate of the three sets of desulfurization wastewater centrifugal dehydrators is high,and the maintenance cost of centrifugal dehydrators is high.This article mainly analyzes the necessity of the transformation of desulfurization wastewater and sludge treatment system,and proposes countermeasures,which have certain guiding significance for solving the same type of domestic desulfurization wastewater and sludge disposal problems.
