摘要
以红叶石楠为试材,采用浸提法和分光光度法,对常用浸提剂提取红叶石楠色素提取液的可见光谱分析以及乙醇浓度、pH、温度、金属离子、料液比和杀青处理等因素对红叶石楠色素提取液的可见光谱进行分析。结果表明:乙醇是提取红叶石楠色素的较理想提取剂,红叶石楠乙醇提取液中含有花色素苷和叶绿素两种色素。低浓度乙醇(<40%,体积分数,下同)提取液中花色素苷含量较高,高浓度乙醇(>70%)提取液中叶绿素含量较高。杀青处理能大大降低红叶石楠在贮存过程中花色素苷的分解。研究可为红叶石楠色素的开发利用提供参考。
With Photinia fraseri used as test material,this paper has studied the spectrum of Photinia fraseri pigment extracting liquid by using common extractants and spectral influence factors such as ethanol concentration,pH value,temperature,metal ions,ratio of material to liquid and deactivation of enzymes by extraction and spectrophotometric method.The results show that ethanol is the ideal extractant of photinia fraseri.Photinia fraseri ethanol extracting liq-uid contains two pigments anthoyanin and chlorophyll.When the concentration of ethanol extracting liquid is low(<40%,volume fraction,the same below),the content of anthoyanin is slightly higher;while when the concentration of ethanol extracting liquid is high(>70%),the content of chlorophyll is slightly higher.Deactivation of enzymes greatly reduces the decomposition of anthoyanin in the stored course of photinia fraseri.The research results provide information for development and utilization of photinia fraseri pigment.
