摘要
近年来,校园欺凌行为的治理路径由事后的危机处理提前至早期介入与防治。家庭是孩子成长的第一环境,家庭交流氛围、家长教育方式等都会对孩子的人生及行为产生深远的影响。采用分层整群抽样的方法,随机抽取江西省5228名中学生(留守生1148名,非留守生4080名)进行问卷调查,对比留守与非留守中学生的欺凌、被欺凌行为,探讨分析多重家庭因素对其的影响。结果显示:留守中学生欺凌行为施方、受方检出率分别为49.74%和66.20%;母亲学历为初中的留守中学生欺凌行为受方检出率高于母亲学历为高中、中专的;户籍为农村的留守中学生欺凌行为的施方检出率高于户籍为城镇的。据此关注学校中相对高危学生群体并提供早期介入策略。
In recent years,the governance path of campus bullying has moved forward,from post crisis management to early intervention and prevention.Family is the first environment for children's growth.Family communication atmosphere and parents'education mode will have a profound impact on children's life and behavior.Therefore,this paper a-dopts the method of stratified cluster sampling,randomly selects 5228 middle school students(1148 left-behind students,4080 non-left-behind students)in Jiangxi Province to conduct a questionnaire survey,compares the bullying and being bullied behaviors of left-behind and non-left-behind middle school students,discusses and analyzes the influence of multiple family factors on them.It is found that the detection rates of the donor and the recipient of bull-ying behavior of the left-behind middle school students were 49.74%and 66.20%;the detection rate of bullying behavior of left-behind middle school students whose mother receives junior high school education is higher than those whose mother receives high school or technical secondary school education;the detection rate of bullying behavior of left-behind middle school students whose household registration is rural is higher than those whose household registration is urban.Based on this,it is necessary to pay attention to the relatively high-risk students in the school in advance and provide early intervention strategies.
