Development of China's Modern Pentathlon in the New Era

采用文献资料法等,分析新时代背景下我国现代五项运动的发展历程,总结当前面临的发展困境并提出发展路径。我国现代五项运动的发展经历起步与普及阶段、徘徊与停滞阶段、恢复与赶超阶段,目前面临的发展困境:各地发展不均衡,部分地区经费投入不足;高水平赛事数量有限,竞赛体系尚未健全;教练员执教能力亟待提升,科学训练意识有待加强;输送渠道单一,缺乏后备人才储备;硬件设施不完备,难以满足竞训需求。发展路径:完善顶层设计,强化协会管理统筹;打造“四级”赛事,构建完备竞赛体系;健全复合型训练团队,提升教练员执教能力;注重科学选材,优化后备人才培养体系;引入社会资源,推动硬件设施建设。

By using the method of literature review,this paper analyzed the development process of modern pentathlon in China under the background of the new era,summarizd the current development difficulty and put forward the implementation approaches.The development of modern pentathlon in China had experienced the stages of starting and popularizing,wandering and stagnating,recovering and surmounting.The current development diffi culties are as follows:The development is uneven among diff erent regions and funds in some regions is insuffi cient.The number of high-level competitions is limited and the competition system is not yet perfect.The teaching ability of coaches needs to be improved and the consciousness of scientific training needs to be strengthened.The talent delivery channel is single,lack of talent reserve.The hardware facilities are not complete,and it is diffi cult to meet the needs of competition and training.Path:We need to improve the top-level designation,the management and coordination of the association,build a"four-level"competition and a complete competition system,improve the compound training team and the coaching ability,pay attention to the scientifi c talent selection and optimize the reserve personnel training system,and introduce social resources to promote the construction of hardware facilities.
