我国体育非物质文化遗产传承环境与策略

Research on Inheritance Environment and Strategies of Sports Intangible Culture Heritage in China

运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、PEST分析方法等,对我国体育非物质文化遗产传承环境和策略进行研究。我国体育非遗传承的政治环境:相关政策逐步建立但缺乏发展规划,非遗工作管理机构陆续成立但缺少专门的体育非遗工作管理机构;经济环境:市场机制作用未充分发挥、社会力量参与的积极性不高、体育非遗产业的吸引力不强;社会环境:相对于整体非遗的社会认同日益增强、体育非遗的认同感下降,体育非遗生存的空间环境萎缩;技术环境:体育非遗数字化应用、大数据分析的相关研究与实践不足。建议:建立健全体育非遗工作体制机制;加强体育非遗市场化运作;积极培育体育非遗传承主体;注重体育非遗的理论与应用研究。

This paper studies the inheritance environment and strategies of sports intangible culture heritage in China through the research methods of literature review,expert interview and PEST strategic analysis.The inheritance environment is faced with followings problems:in the political environment,some policies are gradually established but lack of development planning,and the management agencies are established but lack of professional agency to manage sports intangible culture heritage.In the economic environment,we do not give full play to market mechanism,social forces are not actively involved in inheriting sports intangible culture heritage,and the sports intangible culture heritage industry is not attractive.In the social environment,compared with the identity to intangible culture heritage increasing,the social identity to sports intangible culture heritage falls.And the living space of sports intangible culture heritage is shrinking.In the technical environment,the research and practice about the digital application and big data analysis are insufficient.Suggestion:The work system and mechanism of sports intangible culture heritage should be established.The market operation of sports intangible culture heritage should be strengthened.The inheritance entity of sports intangible culture heritage should be cultivated.The theoretical and application research of sports intangible culture heritage should be concerned.
