口腔多生齿/阻生齿日间手术现状及思考

Current Situation and Thoughts of Ambulatory Surgery of Supernumerary Teeth and Im⁃pacted Teeth

目的:通过比较传统住院与日间手术两种住院管理模式下的多生齿/阻生齿病例,分析口腔专科日间手术现状,提出改进建议。方法:以2019年1月1日至2020年11月30日南京市某三甲口腔医院日间手术中最多的两个病种——多生齿/阻生齿为实验组,同时间段内同病种的非日间手术为对照组,比较两组的平均住院天数,日均费用,费用结构,满意度等。结果:日间手术较非日间手术平均住院天数缩短,自付金额减少,患者满意度高。结论:口腔专科日间手术降低了患者的住院天数及经济负担,但在管理模式,质量和安全评价体系,日间手术的信息化发展方面还需进一步推动和完善。

Objective:Comparing the patients with supernumerary teeth and impacted teeth undertraditionalhospitalization and am⁃bulatory surgery,to analyze the current situation of ambulatory surgery in stomatological hospital,and put forward suggestions for im⁃provement.Method:Supernumerary teeth and impacted teeth,the two most common types of diseases in ambulatory surgery in ina Cer⁃tain Grade-A Tertiary stomatological Hospital in Nanjing from January 1,2019 to November 30,2020,were taken as the experimental group.The non-ambulatory surgery mode of the same disease type during the same time period was taken as the control group.The av⁃erage length of stay,average daily cost,cost structure,satisfaction degree,etc.were compared between the two groups.Conclusion:Sto⁃matological ambulatory surgery reduces the length of hospitalization stay and economic burden of patients,but the management model,quality and safety evaluation system,and informatization of stomatological surgery need to be further promoted and improved.
