高血压病实验动物模型的应用概况与评价

Application and evaluation of experimental animal model of hypertension

高血压病患病率高且近年来病患逐渐低龄化,是心血管疾病的主要危险因素。当今医学对于高血压治疗也不甚满意,目前以控制血压,延长生存时间为主。高血压病实验动物模型的建立对于高血压病的发病机制、临床治疗、治疗靶点以及药物开发等意义非凡。现动物模型多见于大小鼠等小动物,而大动物模型因实验成本、实验室环境以及实验技术等的影响应用较局限。本文简要介绍常见的自发性高血压大鼠、盐敏性高血压大鼠和2肾1夹型高血压大鼠等高血压病动物模型,以便在今后疾病研究中选择合适的动物模型。

Hypertension is a major risk factor for cardiovascular diseases,and the prevalence of hypertension is high,and the patients are getting younger in recent years.Nowadays,medical science is not satisfied with the treatment of hypertension and the main treatment is to control blood pressure and prolong survival time.The establishment of hypertension experimental animal models is of great significance for the study of the pathogenesis of hypertension,clinical treatment,therapeutic targets and drug development.At present,animal models are mostly used in small animals such as rats and mice,while the application of large animal models are limited under the influence of experimental cost,laboratory environment and experimental technology.In order to select suitable animal models for the study of disease in the future,this paper briefly introduces hypertension animal models such as spontaneously hypertensive rat,salt-sensitive hypertensive rat and 2-kidney-1-clip hypertensive rat.
