不同LDL-C水平冠心病PCI术后患者的SYNTAX、SYNTAX Ⅱ评分变化 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨不同低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平冠心病(CHD)经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后患者SYNTAX、SYNTAXⅡ评分的变化。方法选取2017年10月—2019年12月江苏大学附属武进医院因CHD行PCI的患者150例为研究对象,于PCI术后检测其LDL-C水平,并计算其SYNTAX和SYNTAXⅡ评分,并收集其临床资料。根据其LDL-C水平将所有研究对象分为低LDL-C水平组(LDL-C<1.4 mmol/L,23例)、非低LDL-C水平组(1.4≤LDL-C<1.8 mmol/L,54例)及LDL-C未达标组(LDL-C≥1.8 mmol/L,73例),比较三组PCI术后SYNTAX、SYNTAXⅡ评分的变化。结果三组临床资料比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。三组PCI术后SYNTAX、SYNTAXⅡ评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。进一步两两比较,非低LDL-C水平组及LDL-C未达标组SYNTAX、SYNTAXⅡ评分均高于低LDL-C组,LDL-C未达标组SYNTAX、SYNTAXⅡ评分高于非低LDL-C水平组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论低LDL-C水平可以进一步延缓CHD患者PCI术后冠状动脉病变进展。 Objective To investigate the changes of SYNTAX and SYNTAXⅡscores in patients with coronary artery heart disease(CHD)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)with different low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)level.Methods A total of 150 patients who underwent PCI for CHD in Wujin Hospital Affiliated to Jiangsu University from October 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.LDL-C level was detected after PCI,and SYNTAX and SYNTAXⅡscores were calculated,and clinical data of patients were collected.According to their LDL-C levels,all research objects were divided into low LDL-C level group(LDL-C<1.4 mmol/L,23 cases),non-low LDL-C level group(1.4≤LDL-C<1.8 mmol/L,54 cases)and substandard LDL-C group(LDL-C≥1.8 mmol/L,73 cases).The changes of SYNTAX and SYNTAXⅡscores in the three groups after PCI were compared.Results There was no significant difference in clinical data among the three groups(all P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences in SYNTAX and SYNTAXⅡscores among the three groups after PCI(P<0.05).Further pair comparison showed that SYNTAX and SYNTAXⅡscores of the non-low LDL-C level group and the substandard LDL-C group were higher than those of the low LDL-C level group.The scores of SYNTAX and SYNTAXⅡin the substandard LDL-C group were higher than those in the non-low LDL-C level group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Low LDL-C level can further delay the progression of coronary artery in patients with CHD after PCI.
