除泡设备上下料机料盒定位机构的改进

摘要 除泡机是柔性OLED生产过程中不可或缺的设备,主要完成背板贴附和盖板贴附后与面板间产生气泡的消除。针对除泡设备上下料机料盒定位方式中存在的整摞料盒倾斜导致面板放入料盒时偶尔出现偏差问题,通过对气缸夹紧方式和料盒阻挡方式的结构优化得到有效的解决。在实际生产中得到了验证,满足了客户的生产要求,提高了除泡机在行业内的竞争力。 Removing bubbles machine is an indispensable equipment in the production process of flexible OLED.It is mainly used to eliminate the bubbles between the back plate and the cover plate.Aiming at the problem that the whole stack of boxes inclines in the positioning mode of the loading and unloading machine box of the removing bubbles machine,which leads to the occasional deviation when the panel is put into the box,the structure optimization of the cylinder clamping mode and the box blocking mode is adopted to effectively solve the problem.It has been verified in the actual production,meets the production requirements of customers,and improves the competitiveness of the removing bubbles machine.
